Business Development Executive

Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to represent our luxury renovation, fit-out works, maintenance landscaping, and pool services. The focus is on networking, building rapport with clients, and securing new project opportunities. The primary responsibility is to drive sales by generating leads and converting them into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through lead conversion and project acquisition.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential projects and update the sales database.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote services.
  • Leverage social media and professional networks to generate leads.
  • Provide regular daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales or business development experience (luxury, real estate, construction, or design sectors preferred).
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to close deals.
  • Well-presented, confident, and able to engage high-net-worth clients.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
