ZRS Cars Trading is a premium GCC-spec pre-owned vehicle dealership with 5+ years of trusted trading in Dubai and a collection of 500+ luxury and premium vehicles. We're growing fast - expanding consignment, launching our new List It auction platform, and opening up investment opportunities - and we're looking for a driven, personable Business Development Executive to open doors, build relationships, and turn conversations into deals.

This role blends calling with relationship-building. You'll spend much of your day on the phone reaching out, following up, and closing - and you'll also represent ZRS in person, meeting dealers and partners to build lasting relationships. This is a fully on-site role at our Dubai Investment Park 1 showroom (not remote or hybrid).

What you'll do:

• Consignment: Call car owners and dealers to bring vehicles onto ZRS on consignment, qualify sellers, and book them in for a showroom visit
• List It Auction: Meet showrooms and dealers in person to sign them up to our new List It auction, build partnerships across the dealer network, and pull sellers and buyers onto the platform
• Investment: Identify and reach out to prospective investors, spark interest, and bring qualified people in to the team
• Outreach & relationships: Proactive outbound calling to open and qualify leads; follow up consistently; close what you can and hand ready deals to the team; book showroom visits and coordinate hand-offs

Compensation & terms:

• Package: Basic salary of AED 2,000-3,000 per month plus performance commission across consignment, auction registrations, and investment - the more you close, the more you earn, with no cap
• On-site role at Dubai Investment Park 1
• Company mobile phone and number provided for all calling
• Visa: Candidates must initially hold their own valid UAE residence visa (spouse-sponsored, freelance, or investor). An official UAE labour contract is provided from day one, and employment visa sponsorship is provided after one year of employment

What we're looking for:

• A valid UAE driving licence is a must - you'll meet partners in person regularly
• A confident, personable communicator - equally at ease on a call and meeting partners in person
• Experience in sales, business development, or dealership work
• A natural relationship-builder and closer who is motivated and target-driven
• Presentable and professional when representing ZRS in person
• Strong communication in English; Arabic and/or Urdu a strong plus
• Automotive knowledge or an existing dealer network a big plus
