Kshetry & Co. is looking for a proactive and business-focused Business Executive to join our Dubai office and support the firm's business growth, corporate operations, and strategic expansion.

Join a team that coordinates with central operations in Delhi, Kolkata, and Bangalore while building relationships with corporate clients and professional networks across Dubai and the UAE. The role emphasizes organization, strategy, and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in business operations, business execution, corporate strategy, or consulting.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE business ecosystem and corporate practices.
• Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment, expansion, and day-to-day business operations of the Dubai office.
• Build relationships with prospective corporate clients, legal networks, and strategic partners.
• Identify business development opportunities, market trends, and partnerships across Dubai and the UAE.
• Manage client documentation, proposals, corporate contracts, business invoices, and administrative records.
• Coordinate with the firm's central teams in Delhi, Kolkata, and Bangalore.

Candidate Profile
