This role supports business growth initiatives by coordinating proposal development, tracking opportunities, and enabling effective collaboration between technical, commercial and leadership teams. It plays a key part in securing new projects and strengthening client relationships within the UAE engineering market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pipeline development activities aligned with regional business growth strategies
• Assist in identifying, qualifying and tracking new business opportunities from early stages to contract award
• Coordinate end-to-end proposal processes including prequalification documents, EOIs and full proposals
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal and project teams to gather inputs for high-quality submissions
• Review RFP, RFQ and RFI documents to ensure compliance and structured proposal planning
• Maintain and update CRM systems such as Salesforce to ensure accurate opportunity tracking
• Prepare business development reports, dashboards and performance summaries for management
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance positioning and win strategies
• Support capture planning activities including client intelligence and value proposition development
• Engage with clients, partners and internal stakeholders to support meetings and follow-ups

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
