Job summary

International Luxury Group (ILG of Switzerland AG) is seeking a BI Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to design, build, and support end-to-end BI solutions. You will extract, transform, and model BC data and develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models that drive informed decision-making across the company.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience as a BI Developer.
• Hands-on experience integrating and reporting from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong SQL skills and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
• Proficiency with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI / BI4Dynamics for BC & NAV.
• Build reusable datasets, semantic models, KPIs, and data flows for BC-based reporting.
• Extract data from Dynamics 365 BC using OData, APIs, Web Services, Azure Data Lake, or direct SQL.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate BC data with data warehouse or analytics layer.
• Collaborate with BC functional teams to understand table structures, dimensions, posting flows, and business rules.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and provide user training and documentation.
