Bidfood Middle East is seeking a Regional Business Analytics & Power BI Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across four regions. The role oversees NetSuite–Power BI integration and develops regional dashboards, forecasting and analytics for Finance, Sales and Operations.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in BI, analytics or data analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Proven experience with NetSuite and Power BI integration.
• Experience supporting multiple countries, regions or business units.
• Strong background in Finance, Sales and Operations analytics.
• Forecasting, predictive analytics and scenario modelling experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with data-to-performance linkage.
• Experience with Python and Azure ML or similar predictive tools is an advantage.
• Experience with AI/GenAI solutions such as Azure OpenAI or ChatGPT API is an advantage.

Job Summary

The Regional Business Analytics & Power BI Lead will be responsible for leading business intelligence, analytics and data-driven decision-making across four regions. The role will oversee the integration of NetSuite with Power BI and develop regional management dashboards, predictive analytics and forecasting solutions across Finance, Sales and Operations. Working closely with FP&A and regional leadership, the role will translate business requirements into actionable insights, identify performance trends and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the four regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regional NetSuite–Power BI analytics environment across four regions.
• Develop and oversee executive dashboards covering Finance, Sales and Operations.
• Work closely with FP&A teams across the regions to translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and analytical solutions.
• Analyze regional performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities and performance gaps.
• Develop predictive analytics, forecasting and scenario analysis to support regional business planning.
• Provide regional leadership with actionable insights to support revenue, profitability, cost and operational decisions.
• Drive standardization of KPIs, reporting structures and data definitions across all four regions.
• Leverage Power BI AI capabilities including Copilot, Q&A and Smart Narrative, where applicable.
• Explore advanced analytics using Python, Azure ML, AI Builder or Azure OpenAI where required.
• Improve reporting automation and reduce dependency on manual Excel-based reporting.
• Establish best practices for data governance, reporting accuracy and Power BI usage across the region.
• Provide guidance, knowledge transfer and analytical support to regional finance and business teams.
• Act as the key analytics partner to FP&A and regional leadership for business performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leadership and regional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Proven experience with NetSuite and Power BI integration.
• Experience supporting multiple countries, regions or business units.
• Strong background in Finance, Sales and Operations analytics.
• Proven experience in forecasting, predictive analytics and scenario modelling.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to connect data to business performance.
• Experience with Python, Azure ML, Prophet or similar predictive tools is an advantage.
• Experience with AI/GenAI solutions such as Azure OpenAI or ChatGPT API is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leadership and regional teams.
