Business Analyst (UAE Nationals only)

This position works out of our UAE location in the Abbott Nutrition Division, this is for a fixed term contract for 1 year (on a renewable basis)

Responsibilities

As Business Analyst, you'll be responsible to provide-

  • Robust data inputs and insights to inform strategy and business activities
  • Customization of SFA system to ensure seamless use and optimal support of SFE activities throughout the sales force
  • Timely tool, dashboard, and report development to support decision-making and brand / channel activities
What You'll Do
  • Acts as system administrator to Sales force system
  • Develop automation processes to facilitate data mining and analysis to summarize key insights / system information for leadership (e.g., improving / automatic MIS reporting, incentive computation, customer classification, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the sales force to create mapping and supporting processes in alignment with territory definition, segmentation, and targeting programs
  • Help monitor activities, in-field KPIs, sales, and leads; and to identify neglected contacts, leads, and opportunities
  • Expand the proper use of Sales force system and other digital / remote platforms through on-going training and education
  • Ensure data integrity through frequent data review and cleaning
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Any graduate with 3 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
  • Strategic thinking and an enterprise orientation (ability to see “big picture” and understand tactical implications)
  • Ability to influence without authority, in all directions, to be consultative
  • Strong data management and analytics expertise
  • Project management expertise and ability to foster collaboration and accountability
  • Good understanding of sales activities and customer relationship management
  • Effective communication and training expertise to enable tool use and compliance
  • Computer science expertise and statistical know-how
