Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a Business Analyst with banking experience to support Dubai-based financial services projects. You will gather requirements, map business processes, and manage stakeholders across digital onboarding and lifecycle initiatives within Retail and Corporate Banking environments.

The role prefers expertise in Open Banking, Core Banking integration, and both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods, with a focus on enabling customer onboarding and lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Core Banking Systems.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of: Retail Banking / Corporate Banking; Digital Banking; Customer Onboarding; Customer Lifecycle Management; Core Banking Systems.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in UAE banking institutions or international/Western corporate environments.
• Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking, FinTech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI‑PBA, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience across the full customer journey, including onboarding, servicing, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
