Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business change impacts into actionable requirements and support adoption in our Dubai operations. You will capture and document requirements, analyze current and future processes, and ensure alignment with the target operating model.

Responsibilities include documenting user journeys, supporting testing activities (UAT and SIT), and facilitating stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Capture and document business change requirements across impacted channels
• Analyze current vs future state processes to identify gaps
• Support stakeholder engagement to explain changes to business teams
• Document user journeys ensuring smooth integration with the new platform
• Assist testing with UAT and SIT to validate workflows and scenarios
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline
• CBAP certification from a recognised body

Business Analyst

Translate business change impacts into actionable requirements and support adoption

• Capture and document business change requirements across impacted channels (Loyalty, Airport Check-in, Contact Centre), ensuring alignment with the target operating model.
• Analyse current vs. future state processes, identifying operational gaps arising from the transition from CRIS (our legacy loyalty platform) to the target third-party platform.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring business teams understand system and process changes relevant to their roles.
• Capture detailed user journeys ensuring seamless integration between business operations and the new platform.
• Support testing and readiness activities (User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing) by validating that business workflows and operational scenarios are correctly implemented.
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.
• Bachelors degree in an IT related discipline
• Business Analysis Certification from a recognised industry body e.g. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
