Job summary

The Lana Dubai, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Business Analyst to drive commercial performance through data-driven insights across Rooms, F&B, Spa and other revenue areas.

You will build and maintain automated reporting tools, analyze key KPIs, and present findings to senior leadership to support revenue growth in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Revenue Analyst or Data Analyst within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools.
• Ability to interpret financial, operational, and commercial data and present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation, analysis, and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc commercial reporting across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other revenue-generating departments.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated reporting tools, dashboards, and performance trackers to improve business visibility and decision-making.
• Analyse key commercial KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, GOPPAR, market share, channel production, segmentation performance, F&B capture rates, and Spa revenues.
• Produce detailed trend analysis, forecasting models, pace reports, pickup analysis, and business intelligence summaries to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Hotel Operations teams with actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of data across all commercial systems.
