Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Cook for a burger-focused kitchen in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires hands-on burger preparation, patty cooking, and expertise with griddle/grill and fryer during busy service.

You will manage the burger station, assemble burgers to recipes, and maintain high hygiene standards while delivering quality at pace. Urgent hiring with visa and transport support; Nepali & Sri Lankan candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on burger preparation and cooking experience.
• Experience using a griddle/grill.
• Experience operating fryers and preparing sides.
• Ability to assemble burgers according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ability to manage a burger station independently during service.
• Comfortable working during high-volume service.
• Strong adherence to recipes and portion standards.
