Job summary

Cigna Group in Dubai is seeking a Broker Account Manager to oversee end-to-end broker service for CGHO intermediaries. You will build strong broker relationships, manage inquiries, and ensure timely communication.

The role requires at least 1 year in medical administration or customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and fluent English. Hybrid work includes three days remote and two days at the DIFC office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated account manager for brokers delivering exceptional service.
• Proactively follow up broker requests ensuring timely resolutions.
• Monitor inboxes and manage workflows to meet targets.
• Meet and exceed service targets including call volumes and first-contact resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet broker needs efficiently.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance broker experience.
