Job summary

Parsons in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer with UAE nationality preferences for Bridges & Tunnels. You will perform structural engineering duties, develop analysis and design computations, and produce drawings and material estimates under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 1 year of related experience in bridges/tunnels, plus proficiency with CAD-based tools such as CSi Bridge, Midas Civil, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of related structural design experience in bridges and tunnels.
Working knowledge of CAD and software for structural modelling, analysis and design (e.g., CSi Bridge, Midas Civil, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit, Navisworks).
Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of structural engineering duties.
Develops structural analysis and design computations, drawings, quantity take-offs, and estimates.
Under supervision, creates engineering products meeting customer quality requirements.
Supports other engineering activities as required.
