Job summary

NALCO An Ecolab Company in Dubai is seeking an application expert for F&B customers, focusing on brewery operations cleaning, sanitation programs, CIP/COP systems, and hygiene-critical processes. You will audit lines, optimize cleaning, and translate findings into value for customers.

You will collaborate with sales, service teams, and regulatory/commercial groups, lead trials, and train teams on cleaning principles, sanitation, and troubleshooting, while documenting results in CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, cleaning chemistry, sanitation principles, and microbiology.
• Willingness to travel frequently, domestically and internationally. Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site technical assessments, hygiene audits, CIP verifications, cleaning performance reviews and troubleshooting activities.
• Translate findings into action plans, service reports and customer value documentation.
• Support sales during customer visits by explaining technical findings and positioning solutions.
• Lead product trials, application testing, cleaning program optimization and new technology introductions.
• Ensure trial objectives, success criteria, operating parameters, safety requirements and customer value are defined.
• Document service activities in CRM using TVD tools.
• Train sales teams, service teams, distributors and customers on F&B applications and cleaning principles.
• Collaborate with marketing, R&D, supply chain, regulatory and commercial teams.
• Use CRM and internal reporting tools to document activities and outcomes.
• Communicate value to customers by translating technical results into business outcomes.
• Stay informed about F&B trends, brewery processes and sensing customer needs.
• Take ownership of Ecolab service tools and identify additional resources to improve delivery.
