Job summary

Allocation Assist in Abu Dhabi seeks a Female Consultant Breast Oncoplastic Surgeon to lead surgical care for breast cancer and benign conditions. You will perform advanced procedures, collaborate with radiology, pathology, and oncology colleagues, and participate in multidisciplinary planning.

The role emphasizes immediate and delayed reconstruction, patient counselling, and involvement in audits and education. A leadership mindset and teaching passion are valued.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in General Surgery, Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology or equivalent.
• Fellowship or formal subspecialty training in Breast Surgery / Oncoplastic Breast Surgery / Surgical Oncology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment and management of breast cancer and benign breast disease.
• Perform advanced breast surgical procedures including lumpectomy, mastectomy and sentinel node procedures.
• Apply oncoplastic techniques to optimize oncological and cosmetic outcomes.
• Assess reconstruction options and collaborate with plastic surgeons.
