Job summary

Bukhash Brothers is seeking a creative Branding Designer to lead branding projects from concept to completion, covering strategy, visual identity development and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage client relationships, presentations and deadlines.

You will translate brand strategy into distinctive identities and apply them across stationery, packaging, digital templates and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Proven branding and visual identity experience in an agency or similar setting.
• Strong portfolio covering end-to-end branding projects.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy including discovery, positioning and creative direction.

• Extend visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints and collateral.

Job description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Branding Designer to lead branding projects from concept to completion, covering brand strategy, visual identity development, and brand implementation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design eye, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage branding projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy

• Conduct brand discovery and research to understand the client's business, audience, and market.
• Develop brand positioning, personality, and creative direction.

2. Visual Identity Development

• Translate brand strategy into strong, distinctive visual identities.
• Develop logo concepts, typography, color palettes, graphic elements, and overall visual language.
• Prepare and present creative concepts, incorporating client feedback and revisions.

3. Brand Implementation

• Extend the visual identity across digital and physical brand touchpoints.
• Design applications such as stationery, packaging, social media templates, presentations, signage, and other brand collateral.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all brand applications.
• Prepare and organize final artwork and editable files for handover.

4. Client & Project Management

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and feedback discussions.
• Maintain clear client communication and ensure project quality throughout.

Requirements

• Proven experience in branding and visual identity design, preferably within a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complete branding projects, from strategy through implementation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to present and communicate in both languages.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of Arabic and English typography.
• Excellent presentation, client communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently lead multiple branding projects and meet deadlines.
