Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to develop and deliver compelling in-store visual concepts that promote the brand, products and services. The role includes training the store team to perform merchant based VP tasks and managing daily, weekly and seasonal VP activities.

The candidate will work closely with operations and brand management to maximize sales, create floor plans, arrange fixtures, and ensure brand standards across windows and in-store displays.

Responsibilities

• Brand image: ensure brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in-store; create eye catching displays with commercial sales opportunities.
• Implements the brand specific visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout guide.
• Take photographs of merchandise displays after changes.
• Use creative lighting for windows.
• Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise as trends build.
• Create store layouts by category and ensure proper merchandising of items.
• Collect reviews and feedback of merchandise.
• Work with operations and brand management to increase sales.
• Collaborate with VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Involve in Pre-Opening of stores and timely visits to ensure brand standards are followed.
• Research current market trends and lifestyle.
