Job summary

Ultiwiseconsult is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to shape the brand image and guide strategic initiatives across the portfolio. You will conduct market research, analyze performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop product assortments that meet consumer needs and drive market success.

The role covers brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and execution of SOPs, while overseeing store operations and KPI-based improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Retail Brand Management with proven leadership in brand strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, and customer service standards; enforce SOPs.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare reports; drive actionable improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with brands, wholesale accounts, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Prototype product assortments based on market trends and consumer needs.
