Job summary

ZEEKR极氪 in Dubai seeks a senior marketer to lead regional launch campaigns and brand development across markets. You will partner with subsidiaries and distributors to translate strategy into localized campaigns and compelling content that drives awareness and demand.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of overseas marketing experience in automotive or related sectors, excels in cross-cultural collaboration, and can execute from deck to delivery while aligning with regional and headquarters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, English, Arabic, Russian or Spanish or related field.
• 5+ years of overseas marketing/communications experience, preferably in automotive.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a strong plus.
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination across cultures and time zones.
• Proven execution capability — take strategy from deck to delivery.

Job description

• New Launch Strategy: Partner with subsidiaries and distributors to develop and execute localized integrated marketing campaigns for new vehicle launches.
• Brand & Communication Planning: Translate corporate marketing strategy into regional brand development and communication plans — crafting compelling campaign concepts, content direction, and communication cadence.
• PR Solutions: Lead early-stage research, positioning, and planning of PR initiatives, delivering integrated communications solutions that build the Geely brand.
• Execution & Optimization: Align with distributors on localized creative assets and TVC scripts; manage marketing reimbursement standards, oversee advertising execution with continuous optimization, and drive PR initiatives to landing.
• Brand Building: Own and elevate the Geely Auto brand image in your designated markets.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overseas marketing/communications experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Full professional proficiency in English as a working language; Arabic or other regional languages are a strong plus.
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills across cultures and time zones.
• Proven execution capability — able to take strategy from deck to delivery.
