Job summary

Ziina, a UAE-based fintech brand, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to shape the future of its beloved brand in the region. You will own brand initiatives from ideation to live campaigns, balancing strategy and hands-on execution across channels.

You will lead content creators, coordinate with Product, Growth, Partnerships, PR, and Creative, and build repeatable playbooks while staying true to Ziina's voice as it scales in the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand marketing, preferably in a startup or creative-led business.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution and analyze aesthetics across formats.
• Proven track record coordinating content creators and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Own brand initiatives from ideation to launch and ship across channels.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, PR, Social, and Creative.
• Ensure consistency of brand across touchpoints and campaigns.
• Brief and manage content creators; maintain creator relationships end-to-end.
• Turn brand strategy into campaign concepts and briefs for execution.
