Job summary

Salt is seeking a Marketing Communications / Marcomms Manager to lead its marketing communications, PR and brand activity across regional and international markets. The role is based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and reports to senior leadership, blending strategic communications with hands-on execution.

You will manage media relations, content creation, digital channels and events, driving brand consistency and high-profile coverage in the UAE, MENA, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience leading marketing communications strategies and brand initiatives.
• Strong media relations network in UAE and regional markets.
• Proven ability to develop integrated campaigns across channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's marketing communications and PR strategy across regional and international markets.
• Own brand voice, messaging and narrative across external and internal channels.
• Lead media outreach, draft press materials and manage agencies.
• Oversee content across newsletters, websites, scripts and event materials.
• Plan external events, sponsorships and portfolio showcases.
• Measure and optimize communications performance and media coverage.
