Binance is seeking a Brand KOL BD professional to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and support event coordination across global markets.

You will act as the face of our brand at KOL events, ensuring smooth collaboration and positive public perception while coordinating with overseas partners. A strong English background, presentable demeanor, and proactive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage KOLs aligned with Binance values.
• Assist in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings and networking activities.
• Liaise between Binance and KOLs ensuring timely, professional communication.
• Support crisis communications and resolution with KOLs during sensitive situations.

As a Brand KOL BD member, you will assist in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, support event coordination, and help manage communications during critical situations. You will be the face of our brand at KOL events and play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration and positive public perception.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs aligned with our brand values.
• Support the Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall PR goals.
• Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, with 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
