Greeting customers appropriately

• Introducing customers to the Sales or Service department
• Maintaining a complete database of the customers' contact information
• Follow up on sales leads generated from social media and offline / online marketing campaigns
• Cold calling and actively promoting the brand in order to generate business with new, existing and potential clients.
• Provide information about products to showroom customers in absence of Executive - Retail Sales

Thoroughly understand the products and services to inform potential customers or follow up with existing ones.

• Coordinate the overall test drive process. Accompanying customers during a test drive if required
• Providing administrative support to dealership departments as required

Responsibilities

• Taking feedback from customers and logging guest messages or complaints in the absence of the appropriate team members, ensuring information is accurately recorded and referred.
• Maintaining the reception/guest areas in accordance with dealership standards
• Maintaining quality standards of dress, attitude, guest care and health and safety in order to portray a professional image to guests
