Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within FMCG/ Beverages hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC markets and adapt to local customs.
• Fluent in English language is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Passion for premium products, brand experience and customer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across HORECA and retail sectors by identifying new business opportunities and achieving regional targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors and partners.
• Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and brand activations tailored to local audiences.
• Represent the brand at events, trade shows and community engagements.
• Create engaging digital and social media content to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Research market trends and consumer insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
• Support the rollout of regional marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and conduct staff training sessions at partner locations.
• Uphold the brand's commitment to quality craftsmanship and service excellence.
