Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks a dynamic Marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns across the UAE and GCC. You will manage social media, coordinate with creators and agencies, and drive brand awareness through engaging content and product launches.

The role requires experience in cosmetics or personal care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently to deliver campaigns on time. Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG or personal care.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Experience in influencer marketing and event coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple activities against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote brands across UAE and GCC markets.
• Plan and manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging marketing content, promotional campaigns, product launches and brand awareness activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, influencers and advertising agencies.
• Manage influencer collaborations, product reviews, brand promotions and social media campaigns.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, supermarket activations, exhibitions and marketing events.
• Coordinate with retail outlets, pharmacies, supermarkets and e-commerce teams for promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing calendars, campaign plans, budgets and performance reports.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, product positioning and marketing communication across all platforms.
• Assist in developing catalogues, brochures, product presentations and promotional materials.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach and return on marketing investment (ROI).
• Handle any other marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management.
