Job summary

Bidfood Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support and coordinate events, activations, sponsorships, product launches and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring strong brand visibility and successful execution across the business.

You will plan and manage end-to-end event delivery, coordinate with chefs, hospitality partners and agencies, and track performance with post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, activations or brand marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, Foodservice, Hospitality or related industries is preferred.
• Strong project coordination, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong relationship-building and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant marketing tools.
• Willingness to support events outside regular working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, tastings, product launches and brand activations.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, suppliers, branding, products and guest coordination.
• Coordinate chef demonstrations, product tastings and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with chefs, customers, hospitality partners and culinary professionals.
• Support sponsorships, brand partnerships and joint marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all activations are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Category, Marketing, agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets and deliverables simultaneously.
• Coordinate POs, invoices and marketing-related expenses.
• Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, engagement, brand visibility and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve event execution, customer engagement and brand presence.
