Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking an experienced branch operations professional in Dubai to manage cash handling, CDMs, vault activities and teller support in line with bank policies.

You will supervise cash transactions, balance cash daily, ensure compliance and provide training to tellers to deliver high service levels.

The successful candidate will be focused on risk control, process improvement and coordination with internal control to ensure accurate records and secure cash management.

Qualifications

• Graduate with business/finance background.
• 5–6 years in retail banking or branch operations with teller supervision.
• Strong cash handling and risk controls knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage CDMs, vault operations, and teller support in line with bank policies.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, daily balancing, and timely reporting.
• Monitor transactions, maintain compliance, and train tellers.
• Collaborate with internal control to safeguard assets and resolve discrepancies.
