Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Abu Dhabi seeks an Operations Manager to run day-to-day non-selling functions of the boutique. You will supervise payroll, personnel, POS, accounting, loss prevention, and supply orders while guiding Customer Service and Shipping/Receiving teams.

You will model leadership, solve problems, and manage workforce/time to support store operations and company policies.

Qualifications

5+ years of retail store management with a strong operations background.
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
Ability to manage payroll, personnel, and store operations.
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with policies, procedures and standards including funds security and inventory records.
Train, coach and manage associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures and safety.
Assist in staffing, scheduling and payroll management to meet budgets.
Monitor receiving, transfers, damages and RTVs to maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure back-of-house operations are organized and secure opening/closing procedures.
Coordinate communication between store, central distribution and inventory control.
Produce and maintain operational reports to ensure policy adherence.
Oversee loss prevention, facilities and safety compliance.
