Job summary

Nespresso UAE is seeking a Boutique Manager to own a Dubai boutique, lead the team and daily operations, and deliver the customer experience in line with Nespresso Brand standards defined by HQ. You will be accountable for the boutique's business performance, stock and cash control, visual merchandising, recruitment and staff development, with a focus on driving sales and ensuring compliant processes.

The role requires 4–5 years of retail experience, fluency in English (Arabic a plus), and

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of extensive retail experience.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience in retail project management processes and change management.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience leading teams/people coaching and development.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solid boutique business analysis to drive business performance.
• Develop an annual business plan through analysis of business performance to implement concrete action plans.
• Drive self and team to deliver business goals, providing sales leadership to store teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Directly responsible for building and maintaining a constructive, motivating working environment.
• Ensure timely execution of onboarding and HR processes and act as liaison between store and corporate retail team.
• Maintain knowledge of Nespresso Operations standards and ensure compliant execution of processes.
