Job summary

miniBOUNCE at BOUNCE MIDDLE EAST invites a warm, friendly team member to welcome guests and help deliver an exciting, safe party experience. You will provide product knowledge and support smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

F&B preparation and delivery are core duties, including attractive presentation, safe handling, and maintaining a clean, well-presented venue. You will assist with stock, signage, and POS data entry.

Facilitate a Free Spirits Unleashed culture Welcome and serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner and provide a high level of product and service knowledgeFacilitate efficient customer flow throughout the greeting food and gathering areasPrepare and deliver F amp B offer displays according to miniBOUNCEstandardsandproceduresPrepare and set up party rooms based on run sheetsDeal with customer issues directly and resolve promptly whenever possible Escalate to Team Leader when requiredInput accurate data into POS as this directly impacts reporting and analysisComply with cash and credit cards security proceduresForward all customer feedback regarding promotions customer experience and complaints to the Team Leader to reviewDeliver exceptional parties and programs as requested by the Team Leaders

Safety

Contribute to a safe environment for all customers team members and contractors with a prevention focusAbide by safety updates and changes communicated by managementComplete F amp B operating checklists and ensure that food safety standards are maintainedCommunicate relevant safety information to customers including party amp groups

F amp B Preparation amp Delivery

Quality Stock and present food and beverage offer in an appealing way and in line with the miniBOUNCE standards and proceduresPrepare and deliver F amp B offer for parties for parties and groupsEnsure safe food and beverage handling and quality ismaintainedat all times

Stock Management amp Merchandise

Operate within the guidelines and processes for merchandise and stock ordering control rotationand food storage based on occupancy and party bookings

Presentation amp Cleanliness

Maintain a well presented and clean premisesComplete operational equipment and maintenance checklists
