Job summary

Agthia Group PJSC is seeking a Helper HOS Operation in Abu Dhabi to support loading/unloading and daily production tasks. The role requires safe handling of 5-gallon bottles and adherence to GMP, safety, and 5S standards. You will assist with cleaning, machine upkeep, and asset protection in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role within Food & Beverage, strong communication, and a teamwork focus to ensure quality and safety throughout production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and Safe Handling Certificate required.
• Minimum 1 year in similar role, preferably in Food & Beverage.
• Good communication and safety awareness essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist loading and unloading of goods following instructions.
• Safely handle 5-gallon bottles and finished goods.
• Maintain 5S, GMP and hygiene standards in production areas.
• Daily cleaning of machines, floors and workplace.
• Report quality or safety issues to supervisor promptly.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions accurately.
• Demonstrate teamwork, discipline and attention to detail.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
