Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Bobst die-cutting experience, strong fault-finding skills, and familiarity with autonomous and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating Bobst Flat Die machines or similar.
• Strong technical knowledge of flat die preparation and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership experience managing machine operators/helpers.
• Understanding of autonomous and preventive maintenance processes.
• Computer literacy; experience with shopfloor ERP systems is an advantage.
• Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field.
