Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years on Bobst machines, deep knowledge of flexo printing, and familiarity with ERP/shopfloor systems. A engineering or printing technology diploma is required, with a proactive approach to maintenance and records

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on Bobst printing machines or similar.
• Strong knowledge of flexo printing and rotary die cutting.
• Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP/shopfloor systems.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Good troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bobst printing machines efficiently.
• Manage flexo printing process and color registration.
• Oversee pre-feeders, palletizers, and strapping systems.
• Monitor print quality and minimize waste.
• Lead and guide machine crew.
• Ensure preventive maintenance practices are followed.
• Maintain production and quality records.
