Job summary

MNC Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a capable Building Automation and HVAC service technician to perform preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and on-site support across multiple sites in the UAE. You will work independently, engage customers and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires strong HVAC fundamentals, fault-finding skills, and experience with BAS platforms. Travel to sites and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC knowledge and building services systems.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting across control panels and networks.
• Experience with BAS platforms and related software.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and reactive service of building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Fault finding and rectification of control panels, field devices, networks and software.
• Use of diagnostic tools and remote service platforms to identify and resolve issues.
• Evaluation of customer systems and providing technical recommendations.
• Supporting site safety activities including OH S compliance and risk assessments.
• Assisting with minor works upgrades and commissioning activities.
• Providing technical input into quotes, planning and service delivery when required.
• Maintaining accurate service records, reports and customer documentation.
• Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
