Job summary

Six Construct is seeking a BMS Operator to monitor and operate the Building Management System across our UAE facilities. You will respond to alarms, support maintenance activities, monitor energy consumption, and maintain operational records to ensure safe, efficient building operations.

The role requires 2–5 years of BMS operator experience, knowledge of Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, and Johnson Controls platforms, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and FM operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a BMS Operator within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, and Johnson Controls.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and FM operations.

Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring and operation of the BMS and connected building services.
• Timely response, escalation and resolution of system alarms and faults.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities through system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Energy monitoring and identification of opportunities to improve system efficiency.
• Accurate reporting, documentation and maintenance of operational records.
• Coordination with FM teams, helpdesk, vendors and service providers to support building operations.
