Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced software professional to support enterprise SaaS and cloud integrations using BMC Remedy, Developer Studio, and Innovation Studio. You will design RestAPI and LDAP integrations, manage incidents within SLAs, participate in daily scrums and on-call rotations, and maintain system integrity through proper change control.

US citizenship is required and active secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• BMC Accredited Administrator or commensurate Developer Studio experience.
• Experience with SaaS solutions or AWS Cloud environments.
• Experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification (can be obtained within 3 months).
• US Citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance preferred.
