Qualifications

AUREMIN is hiring a Bitumen Supply Manager to be based in Dubai.

We are looking for an experienced bitumen professional with strong knowledge of the international market and an established network of refiners, producers, traders and major distributors.

The successful candidate will lead the sourcing and commercial supply of bitumen for our growing African operations, identifying reliable global supply sources, negotiating competitive commercial terms, and ensuring access to the right grades, volumes and delivery structures.

What You'll Be Doing

Key Requirements

• Demonstrable experience sourcing or trading bitumen.
• Strong relationships with refiners, producers, traders or distributors.
• Good understanding of international bitumen pricing and specifications.
• Understanding of international logistics and Incoterms.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing supply requirements.
• Strong supplier due diligence and commercial judgement.
• Experience supplying African markets is highly advantageous.
• An established supplier network across the Middle East, Asia, Africa or Europe is particularly relevant
