Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement department policies reflecting the school’s vision and high standards.
• Plan short, medium and long term department development.
• Use data to identify underachieving students and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure appropriate schemes of work including SEN/POD, G&T, and EAL for all year groups.
• Oversee curriculum coverage, progression, and staff expectations; manage resources and budgets.
