Aldar Education is hiring for Yasmina British Academy for January of academic year 2026-2027 to strengthen Biology teaching, raise student attainment, develop curriculum provision and support high standards across I-GCSE and IB Diploma learning.

The Biology Teacher will combine high-quality classroom instruction with broader responsibility for curriculum standards, student performance and departmental development. The position requires an experienced practitioner who can use subject expertise and performance evidence to improve outcomes while ensuring that Biology provision remains challenging, inclusive and academically coherent. A key business impact of the role is maintaining strong academic performance by identifying underachievement early and converting assessment evidence into targeted action. Curriculum planning must provide continuity and progression while addressing the needs of SEN, students of determination, gifted and talented, EAL and high-achieving learners. Ideal Profile

Candidates should hold a bachelor 's degree in Biology or a closely related subject together with a PGCE or another recognized teaching qualification.

A minimum of six years of teaching experience is required, including practical experience of the UK curriculum.

Candidates should demonstrate secure Biology subject knowledge and a strong record of improving student attainment.
