We are seeking technically skilled, detail-oriented, and organized professionals for the positions of BIM Specialist / Planning Engineer. These roles focus on improving project coordination, supporting construction planning, managing technical information, and ensuring that engineering and construction activities are delivered efficiently. Successful candidates will contribute to digital project modeling, schedule development, resource coordination, progress monitoring, and the implementation of effective project control procedures.
BIM Specialists are responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) data and digital models throughout the project lifecycle. Key duties include creating and updating 3D models, integrating architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) information, identifying design clashes, and maintaining model accuracy. They collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve coordination issues, prepare technical drawings, manage model revisions, and ensure that project information follows established BIM standards. They may also support quantity extraction, construction visualization, model-based documentation, and digital collaboration across project disciplines.
Planning Engineers focus on developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to support timely and efficient project delivery. Responsibilities include preparing work schedules, identifying critical activities, coordinating resource requirements, monitoring construction progress, and analyzing schedule variations. They collect project updates, prepare progress reports, evaluate potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines. They also collaborate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and procurement teams to coordinate activities, assess project constraints, and improve resource utilization throughout the construction process.
Both roles require strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and effective communication. Professionals in these positions contribute to project accuracy, coordination, cost awareness, and schedule performance while supporting compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
