Parsons Corporation in Dubai seeks a highly skilled BIM Modeler to create coordinated Revit models, generate construction drawings, and support BIM execution under ISO 19650. You will coordinate with structural, architectural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure accurate digital delivery for building and utility projects.

The role emphasizes advanced modelling, model auditing, and documentation to support constructability reviews and BIM QA/QC across multiple project priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil/Structural BIM or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Revit Structure.
• Experience with building structures, utility structures, or multidisciplinary infra.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and BIM standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain structural BIM models for buildings and utilities.
• Produce accurate 3D models and drawings from BIM data.
• Coordinate models across Structural, Architectural, Civil and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and support resolution before issues arise.
• Prepare federated BIM models and ensure model QA/QC.
