Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Sharjah is seeking an experienced BIM professional to develop and update BIM models and generate accurate construction drawings across disciplines. You will ensure adherence to BIM standards and contribute to clash testing and data extraction.

The role emphasizes parametric modelling, coordination with IT and design teams, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity on projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil from an accredited college.
• 1-3 years of experience in the BIM or related Industry.
• Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic and uphold company values.

Responsibilities

• Develop/Update the BIM model.
• Prepare Parametric modelling using Revit and Trimble.
• Develop/Update accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
• Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and execution plans.
• Create/Update discipline specific BIM Modelling content.
• Extract drawings, sections, schedules, and BOQs from models.
• Coordinate the setup of shared file server with Design Team IT staff.
• Deploy BIM standards, protocols and CAD resources within the BIM team and monitor compliant information construction.
