• Conduct BIM audits to ensure project teams comply with modeling standards and coordination protocols.
• Integrate BIM processes with construction workflows, project controls, and project management systems.
• Lead development of BIM automation tools using Revit, Dynamo, Python, and API integrations.
• Improve modeling efficiency, data quality, and coordination accuracy across project teams.
• Monitor tool adoption, track productivity improvements, and report digital transformation performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure BIM supports effective project delivery.
• Support coordination of multidisciplinary models including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Build and mentor a future-ready BIM team capable of implementing advanced digital engineering practices.
