Job summary

A well-established and globally recognized OEM in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead its expanding design and delivery teams on industrial projects.

You will develop BIM standards, oversee execution plans, coordinate multidisciplinary activities, ensure compliance with client requirements and international BIM standards, and drive continuous improvement of digital engineering and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing BIM teams.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and other BIM platforms.
