Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Business in the Middle East seeks an experienced Information Manager to oversee BIM/IM processes across project lifecycles. You will ensure compliance with standards, implement CDE governance, and support proposals and delivery teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of MIDP/TIDP, COBie, and ISO 19650, with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor's degree in architectural or civil engineering with 10+ years in AEC.
• 5+ years' experience in digital delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects (IM/BIM).
• Proficient with BIM LOD 300 and strong LOD 400-500 knowledge.
• Experience driving BIM projects from design through handover.

Responsibilities

• Ensure digital content is produced, stored, shared and exploited using latest technologies and practices.
• Administer CDE (ACC/BIM 360) and support project teams in usage.
• Perform multidisciplinary clash detection, identification, grouping and resolution support.
• Lead BIM workshops and maintain meeting minutes and organization.
• Coordinate TIDP/MIDP and supply chain BIM deliverables with master deliverables list.
• Support ISO certification globally and drive digital initiatives.
• Provide technical BIM software advice and COBie data handling.
