Job summary
AtkinsRéalis in Dubai leads the digital delivery for land development and master planning across the Middle East. The role drives BIM/IM strategies, ensures ISO19650 compliance, and coordinates with Buildings Places, Automation, GIS, and PMI leads.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years BIM/Digital Delivery experience in infrastructure/land development in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital team and oversee digital delivery across Mans/M master planning projects.
- Coordinate with BIM/IM teams and ensure ISO19650 compliance.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and QA/QC workflows.
- Interface with software providers and manage CDE platforms.
- Support ISO certification and digital strategy for the region.
