Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a senior BIM/Digital Delivery leader to head the Digital team for Land Development in the Middle East. You will drive BIM execution, ISO19650 compliance, and information management across Roads, Utilities, and master planning, coordinating with architecture, structural and MEP disciplines.

You will mentor the team, manage resource planning, governance, and BIM QA/QC, and liaise with clients and software vendors to advance digital delivery and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years BIM/Digital Delivery experience in infrastructure and land development in the Middle East.
• Professional BIM/IM accreditation; PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the digital team's day-to-day tasks in a progressive assurance manner.
• Support the Business Unit Director for Land Development.
• Establish interfaces with other digital leads in the region.
• Ensure proposal input includes technical and commercial information management.
• Update and maintain resource planning aligned with pipeline.
• Lead recruitment in line with resource plan with HR.
• Maintain digital KPIs for land development.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plan and BEP.
• Lead coordination across BIM, GIS, Roads, Landscape, Utilities, and civil structures.
• Drive digital automation solutions to enhance productivity and delivery.
