Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior Digital Delivery Lead for Land Development in the Middle East. You will steer the Digital team, ensuring BIM/CDE standards, ISO19650 compliance and high-quality information management across Roads, utilities, and master planning projects.

You will drive BIM, CDE platforms, and D deliverables, coordinating with Buildings, GIS, and program advisory leads. Expect leadership responsibilities, regional strategy development, and engagement with Autodesk, Bentley, and

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex infra and masterplan projects in the Middle East.
Proven Digital Engineering strategy development and implementation.
Detailed knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BEP development.
Ability to document digital delivery processes and tender inputs.
Experience with Autodesk and Bentley digital delivery tools.
Strong leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Digital team for land development and coordinate across Roads, utilities, landscape, GIS and master planning.
Develop and manage the BIM Execution Plan and BEP alignment with ISO 19650.
Maintain CDE platforms, QA/QC workflows and information management.
Interface with software providers and manage digital delivery KPIs.
Oversee resource planning, recruitment, and regional digital strategy.
Support ISO certification and drive value in client IM/BIM strategy.
