Job summary

EPIC Piping is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support the finance team. You will read piping spool drawings, capture activities and quantities, and encode spool data into JD Edwards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required, along with strong typing speed and accurate documentation of billing processes. The role requires excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical is required.
• Experience as a billing clerk is needed.
• Proficiency in billing software and MS Office applications is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are important.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Able to read and understand Piping Spool drawings.
• Capturing of all activities and quantities
• Price coding of each spool quantities into JD Edwards
• Documentation of all Billing process and backups
• Great speed and accuracy in typing
