Epic Piping is seeking a Piping Detailer to join our team. You will draw weld maps and spool drawings, read piping isometric drawings, and prepare shop fabrications using AutoCAD and AutoSpool.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience: 2 years of drafting experience in pipe fabrication.
• Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Autospool preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Accurately draw weld maps and spool drawings utilizing Autospool and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in reading Piping Isometric Drawings.
• Hands-on experience with AutoSpool/Spool Gen software and AutoCAD
• Be familiar with client project scope and specifications.
• Draw shop pipe fabrication spools from client drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
• Do calculations necessary to support assigned work.
• Perform drafting to accepted company, client, and industry standards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
